Reagan Park is a dynamic 25 acre campus developed by Leo Brown Group in Avon, Indiana consisting of multiple living and care options for seniors. Components of Reagan Park Senior Living include Senior Apartments, Independent Living, licensed Assisted Living, licensed Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Care. Reagan Park Senior Living is being developed in the following phases:

• Phase I: Thornbury Pointe Senior Apartment Homes
• 94 units
• 50 unit central apartment building at the SE corner of the campus.
• 44 units within garden home sixplexes and eightplexes.
• Developed by the NRP Group.
• Opening of spring 2012.


• Phase II: Reagan Park Senior Living
• Main building consisting of 78 licensed Assisted Living units.
• 30 of the 78 Assisted Living units will be specifically focused on the care of residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Three garden home sixplexes for a total of 18 Independent Living units.
• Opening of spring 2013.


• Phase III: Reagan Park Health and Rehab
• Facility consisting of 102 Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation beds.
• Reagan Park Health and Rehab will be operated by one of Indiana's leading long term care providers.
• Opening of spring 2013.


• Phase IV: The Health Pavilion at Reagan Park
• 20,000 square foot Medical Office Building at the front of the Reagan Park campus.
• Building will be leased to physician practices and other healthcare-related tenants who wish to be close to the nearby Indiana University West Hospital campus.
• Building completion of fall 2013.
