In addition to the Assisted, Independent, and Memory Care living options that are offered at Park Place, a new 140-bed Skilled Nursing Facility is located at the front of the Park Place campus. This facility, Ashton Creek Health and Rehab at Park Place, will open in 2012 and is owned and operated by one of Indiana's most respected long term care providers.
